Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect what we need to rent you equipment: your contact details, your dates and job, and, when you sign the rental agreement, your address and driver's license. There are no ad trackers or cookies on this site. We don't sell your information.
This policy covers kasarentals.com and renting equipment from us. "KasaRentals", "we" and "us" mean KasaRentals of El Paso, Texas.
What we collect
- When you request equipment: your name, phone, email, the equipment and dates, how you want it delivered, and what you tell us about the job (often the job address).
- When you sign the rental agreement: your address, your driver's license number and your signature. We may also photograph your driver's license at pickup or delivery to confirm who has the equipment.
- When you pay: payment details go straight to our payment processor. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Your device: like any website, our host receives your IP address and browser type.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. It remembers one thing in your browser: whether you picked the light or dark look (kr-theme). Our map links open Google Maps, which has its own policy.
How we use it
- To check availability, confirm your booking and send you the rental agreement.
- To deliver, pick up and keep track of the equipment.
- To bill you, and to handle damage, late returns or disputes under the rental agreement.
- To keep the booking form working and stop spam.
We don't sell your information or share it for others' marketing.

We may also share information if the law requires it, with our insurer if there's a claim, or to protect our equipment, our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
Booking requests and rental agreements are kept for as long as we need them for the rental, our business and tax records, and any claim under the agreement. Ask and we'll delete what we don't have to keep.
Your rights
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text 915-383-6722 or email salderete29@gmail.com. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you; we'll honour them.
Children
You must be 18 or older to rent equipment. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top.
